All Customer Information, as well as information exchanged between you and Tan Thuan Energy, is stored and protected by our system.

Tan Thuan Energy employs appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of Customer Information. When collecting data, Tan Thuan Energy stores and protects Customer Information on its server system. This Customer Information is secured through firewalls, access control measures, and data encryption.

You are strictly prohibited from using any tools or programs to illegally interfere with the system or alter the data structure of Tan Thuan Energy, as well as any other acts aimed at spreading or promoting activities intended to interfere with, damage, or infiltrate our system data, and other acts prohibited by Vietnamese law. In the event that we detect you intentionally forging, defrauding, spreading unauthorized information, etc., we have the right to transfer your Personal Information to competent authorities for handling according to legal regulations.

Tan Thuan Energy has the right to use the information you provide, including but not limited to Customer Information, to:

• Provide services/utilities to you based on your needs and habits when accessing Tan Thuan Energy’s website.
• Detect, prevent, and resolve fraudulent activities, account hacking, or activities involving identity theft on Tan Thuan Energy’s website.
• Communicate, support communication, and resolve with you in special cases.

You are responsible for protecting your account information and not providing any information related to your account and password on Tan Thuan Energy on other websites except when logging into Tan Thuan Energy’s official website at https://tanthuanenergy.com.vn.
